Futhermore, I double payed a statement that showed both months due and they counted it for one and hit my credit report with a 30 days late for the following month which I payed already. They refuse to correct it and told me to fight through the credit bureaus. I even had my attorney send them a letter and it did no good whatsoever. Whenever I have spoken with managers they refuse to send statements or help with their poor billing practices. This is a horrible fraudulent company that needs to be brought down!Flag
