| 353 | carmella siggers | SST Card Services is the worst company known to me. I have experienced late fees several times do to their delay in posting payments to your account when paying via mail service. I am uncertain on how many time that this has occured but my estimation would be entirly too many times. SST is racking in money from consumers for late fees when they should be applying to money to your account on time. I paid 2 times in the month of September because they called me telling me that my bill was past due. At that time I went online to make the payment immediately and 3 days later they posted my other payment which they claimed was lost in the mail. I spent those days prior in search of the missing payment which had been mailed days befor the closing date on my account. I am very disatisfied with the way the customer service reps talked to me (rude) and refusing to connect me to a Supervisor to air my serious complaint. |
