Soon after I paid the account in full and informed "Providian" to immediately close acct. Then I receive mail from SST beginng to charge yearly fee's, balance fee's and the such bringing the account to a balance of $215 and placed in collections status. Was told I need to pay the balance due...they also made sure to blunder my credit report, effect my employment and junk mail from their collection agency CIGPF1 Corp. |
| 328 | Greg Forbes | I have never had the "rage" I have had when working with a company before. I was with Washington Mutual before my account was charged off to SST (like many of you). My credit score has always been fairly decent (high enough to buy houses, cars, etc.), but now because of SST, my credit is ruined!!
I hardly EVER get a bill from these people. When I call, they are rude and obnoxious! I have never been treated this way when trying to work with a company/business. They treat you like you are trash who can't keep up with their bills. They all but called me a liar when I told them I wasn't getting their bill. Month after month, when I ask them to please take off the late fee, of course the answer is NO! I was no where near my limit when I was with Washington Mutual. I haven't used the card since it was sold to SST. Now, I'm over my limit and am charged all these ridiculously fees every month!!
I would LOVE nothing more than to SUE their asses. Please email me if there is a class action suit brought against these slime balls! gforbes25@verizon.net
I really don't know how people who work for SST can sleep at night. With the economy/gas prices they way they are... we are all pinching pennies and I certainly don't have the $$$ to be handing over the SST, when especially the charges they are charging me aren't even legal (in my opinion).
I wish so badly I could just pay these bitches off and put this nightmare behind me. |

SCOTT | These people are rude - they are trying to charge me cash advance fees to pay on medical expenses owed to doctor's offices - I work in a doctor's office myself - this is a rip off - no cash is received in any of these transactions - so how can they charge me a cash advance fee - they won't even send me a new card - both reps were rude and I eventually gave up!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY!!! |

I have been late a couple of times but the accoount is current. I have recieved letters from this company stating that I am late and will have my account closed if I don't pay a certain amount. In essence I have been paying fees and penalty's and interest on a non revolving debt. Isn't this against the law? |
