| 203 | Chad Pattengale | I do not live in Missouri but feel as if sst card services makes interest profit by making its internet payment services frequently unavailable, causing delay in payments and thus, being allowed to charge interest on the payment amounts that are being delayed. I had providian card that was transferred to sst and am very suspicious of their questionable business practices. For this reason I will be paying my account in full and then closing my account. |

Once it went to SST?? without my consent, I have probably paid 3 times the amt I would have if it stayed Providian. I was unaware that this change was happening. I have closed the acct since I found out it was switched over about a year ago and I am still paying the balance. It is absolutely ridiculous. |

Charging this amount is unfair. I have had credit problems in the past because of my husband’s health. At the rate I am going even not using my cards my balances are going up not down. |

I recently had my APR SKYROCKET TO 30.99% , I am not happy with it and have only been making the payments that I can afford to send in, but recieve several calls a day from them wanting more. They would get their total monthly payment if they had left the APR alone and not have raised it. |

It wouldn't take the dates I entered to pay so i kept changing to the next day, the following day,ect.. It finally took a date that then would make me late and i was charged a 39.00 late fee. I was also billed for something I didn't order(some news letter from "THE CURE") that was billed month after month from June-November. I kept telling the credit card co. and THE CURE I never ask for this,don't want it and take it off my card. It took until Dec. to not be billed 5.99 and never got a credit for something i never ordered. The credit card company was ask by me on the phone and through a emails to stop charging me and to give me credit and I never got it. |

I also mail my payment 15 days in advance and am always charged a late fee. I think they are con artist. They are also extremely hateful on the telephone. |

My first statement never came and I paid on based on my WaMu schedule and was charged late fees. This whole thing is a farce. They will do anything in their power to keep you from clearing your debt to them. |
