donald krausMy balance seems to never go down despite the fact that I've been paying the large payments on time ever since the WAMU credit cards were sold off to Providian.
Robert and Mary MessersmithI was a customer of Washington Mutual and was sold to SST, what or who is that. cant find much information on them till I come to this page.
DawnThey are calling my house. They have piled interest on top of interest. It does not seem as if I will every pay them off.
willie c. wootenI can't believe how a company can charge interest when i can't charge on the account plus the percentage rate is outrageous. Something need to be done about the way this company is ripping people off.

Gayle ThompsonSST bought my Washington Mutual Credit Card--I don't know why. The SST website does not let me access it today--I just get a message that it can't be found. ????
Charles W. WestMy account was purchased from WAMU. I was not aware of this until I went to make my payment onliine and on time in March 0f 2007 when I found it had been sold to SST . I no longer could make the payment online and they charge a $14.95 fee for phone payment. they boosted my rate from 14.6% to 38%, hit me with late charges and over the limit fees with out any notification. They no longer do an email notification. I called customer service and the reps were rude and unhelpful.

AnonymousSST's business practices are the most unethical and nefarious I have ever experienced.
Stacy HallSame experience. Changed APR without notice, did not receive statement in mail and was charged late fee and phone in fee.

AnonymousMy Wamu account had been sold to SST without any notice of new payment mailing address. I continued sending my payment to Wamu until I received a phone call from SST. My payments that had been sent to Wamu were taking two weeks to be forwarded from Washington Mutual to SST. My interest rate was raised from 14% to 29.9% and late fees were added. After I started sending payments directly to SST, they misplaced them and even though I produced cancelled checks showing that they had cashed the checks prior to the due date they refused to take off late fees.

AnonymousMy card was also sold to SST without my understanding and I was charged late fees, past due fees, and my interest rate went up. I called and they were very rude, and would not fix the problem.

Paul Duncanthis is complete BS these a holes are ripping me off.... and they're RUDE about it! if you gonna screw me, at least do it with kindly jeesh
AnonymousMy Providian account was sold to SST and I've had nothing but frustration. They call and harass on late payments after assessing ridiculously high penalties. They are raping the American public and I'd love to find whose responsible! Hopefully they can be put out of business and have the consumer's debts erased.

AnonymousI have never been dealt with like these people. I think noone should have to pay them anything. They will not work with you at all. There interest rate increase is beyond belief. I will never be able to get ahead.

AnonymousSST's website, which is my primary medium as far as paying my bill, won't let me log on until my bill is past due. Magically, a day or two after the bill is due, the website is working again. Something is going on here, I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I am more than happy to add my name to the petition.
Diane GreerMy account was sold and I no longer have access to one of my accounts and the fees are outrageous.
AnonymousI cannot access the web site to make my payment, and when I call I never get a person, and the system tells me they don't recognize my info. I haven't received my most recent statement either.
Carol Creason
Lindsay SimsI have been a victim of fraudulent billing practices and a refusal by this company to recognize the problem. I have been unable to log onto the website (www.yourcardaccount.com) and I am currently trying to dispose of this account, but I am unable to reach anyone at SST card services
Charlotte HardawayCannot get into WWW.YOURCARDACCOUNT.COM to pay credit card account.
Kristi KennardProvidian account sold to SST without notice... payments, interest rates skyrocketed! How can this happen???
nichole varljenI am done with trying to deal with this company and from what I have read Providian/Washington Mutual should be held accountable to continue to sell off unauthorized personal information without permission.
