SSIDEA PETITION is a do-say initiative that is helping Kenyans to get back there hard-earned funds which are reportedly many times lost through unorthodox or rather unwanted means from their SAFARICOM lines. The aim of this PETITION is to have SAFARICOM explain to the signatories of this PETITION how their money has been used from their Safaricom lines.

BACKGROUND

For over 3years, SSIDEA has collected information on the user experience of Safaricom and results are staggering. Over 100 parties have been recorded expressing their disapproval of the company's methods. From credit lost strangely from mobile phones, to being unwanted and without their knowledge subscribed to expensive and multiple SMS services, customers have something to say. We have observed the situation and it is clear to see that Kenyan citizens are feeling like, "Mnyonge hana haki." SSIDEA gives you this right.

THE PROBLEM

THE PETITION PROCESS

3. With at least 500,000 signatures and a full budget, we will on 2nd July, 2015, request Safaricom Limited to explain how their customer's funds have been used. (This will only apply to Safaricom customers who sign this PETITION)

4. If Safaricom is unable or unwilling to serve us this service by the end of 14 business days after SSIDEA confrontation, then we will use this petition to present our case to the Kenyan Justice System.
