my name is srikanth from dindigul.i have filed conjugal rights petition in dindigul subcourt HMOP/187/2010 on august 2010.MY WIFE DIVYA HAS FILED FOR DIVORCE HMOP/299/2010 in november 2010.but now they have filed criminal complaints against me and my family for dowry harrassment and domestic violence in local police station.The inspector was treating us cheaply and threatened to put FIR and arrest me and my family.can they do so,while the two cases are pending.is there any rule to do so.what can i do legally.my wife has deserted me 1 year ago.there is no contact between us.i need justice and gulity will be punsihed
