Tottenham Hotspur FC makes mistakes year after year with ticketing.
Paying season ticket holders, members and fans suffer because Tottenham ticket office cannot get their act together.
Countless mistakes are made and never rectified and trying to contact Spurs leaves you faced with a frustrating automated phone service.
