Comments: Two pre-orders cancelled. EA is destroying their customer base with this stuff. Once casual purchasers catch on to the install limits their pc gaming business is finished.

Comments: EA's implementation of this unfair system proves how much it does not care about its customers. I have had spore on pre-order since march 06 but am now considering canceling after reading about this.

Comments: What is the point of buying EA software if in the end it is too buggy to play. I have not been able to play Sims2 Freetime, until I found a way to get rid of Securom. Then I had to reinstall several programs on my computer because of some conflict or another that roots back to Securom. I believe EA has a right to protect their software, but not at the expense of honest customer computer systems.

Comments: It used to be so simple to pop a disc into your computer, install and then start playing. No one wants to have to worry about the possibility of things going wonky when all they want to do is to enjoy the game, pure and simple. Please remove SecuROM from Spore and all other games affected by this.
