Name: Jessamyn Cooper on May 18, 2010Comments: I do not expect you (EA) to fix this. I assume you will not, because then you will have to put time and effort into something that does not make you money. You do not care about the customer once they have payed you. I haven't bought any ea games since sims 2 because of securom and drms, I don not intend to buy any until you truly fix it, or get bought out by another company for alienating the customer. Your problems with pirating began to raise more with every guard you put against it, because those guards hurt the normal consumer more. You cannot expect the customer to eat your loss, it does not work that way. The more you push security methods on the customer, the more the customer is likely to turn to pirating, because it is easier to go through torrent and cd runners and learning about how to make your computer believe you own a game than it is to deal with your customer (lack of) service and security measures. In other words, John, who would have bought the game before, hears about Jean's difficulty with it, decides it easier to pirate than go through what she did. I'm sorry I seem to have to explain a simple fact to you. DOES IT MAKE SENSE NOW!? But you won't change anything, until you truly stop making money, because you assume we (the customer) are stupid, and will continue to believe you will fix things, or are only doing this to keep costs down. So we will try to hit you in the only place it seems to hurt, your pocketbook. I will not spend money on your products, and I will actively encourage others not to either. I will not eat your losses, and I will not make others do so either. In other words.=, ^$^$^%^&%^$#@#$%& you!Flag
