| 7603 | Leigh Edwards | A cracking little shop. Used to find some good bargains in there on frequent trips to Cardiff. It would be a great shame if Spillers, the independent record shop were to close. Hope it gets saved! |

| 7615 | Bernardo Bonanni | I never visited Spillers, but as a serious music and vinyl lover, I cannot stand the idea the oldest (THE OLDEST!) record shop has to close! Please please, can one of these very rich musicians or bands adopt the shop and pay for the sake of True Music. We DO NOT want a word of only online lists and mp3/ipods, but a real world of faces and places! Support Spillers and all other independent record shops anywhere! Thank you! | 7648 | Adam Harris | ‘Greed’ is the reason that our society is no longer what it used to be some 50-100 years ago, collectively we can stand up to the inconsiderate and selfish fat cat that must be seen to be maintaining his corporate and flash lifestyle like a circus act keeping his juggling balls in the air. One drop of a ball and he is seen to have failed, there is more to life than money! Spillers Records is a part of our history, a part of society and community that dates back for decades. The likes of high street names actually don’t provide much in the way of community and so sooner the national and local government see this, the sooner Wales and Britain can return to being a nice place to live again. Help to prevent the erosion of community and ever more dissolving society, please save important small businesses like this which provide the key to a successful and bright future for our towns, cities and the country of Wales. |
