jenny hall | its a great little shop, it deserves to be saved even if it didn't have such a great claim on music history. we can't lose anymore of these little record shops. Jenny. 20. Leeds

Andrew Jones | The last true bastion of music in the world, let alone wales! Spillers will never die, say it loud brothers and sisters!!!
Peter Mosey | I don't get to visit Cardiff very often, but whenever I do, I always call into spillers. As well as being the oldest record shop- it is probably the best in Wales (in fact its better than most anywhere in Britain!!). In the current retail climate shops such as this are a rarity with more personality and culture to offer than any of the major entertainment retailers. To let this shop close would be a very sad day for Cardiff.

Benjamin Evans | this is such a good shop, with a huge selection of CD's, records and the Tshirts are damn cool!! this shop cannot close

john jenkins | Hate to think this little shop is in danger of being closed, I have so many memories of it going back to the fifties. I bought my first Jerry Lee Lewis album on plum London here though not before looking at it in the window for weeks before. Also first heard -Love Letters, by Ketty Lester here as well. Shame.
Martin Gandy |
| 7388 | samuel Jones | Where else in Cardiff am I going to walk off the street and pick up a 3 disc box set of Texan psychedelic rock? Zavvi? Maybe for that all important Duffy album I've been jonesing for for weeks...

Natalie Hindmarsh | It would be a real shame to see this record shop close as it is a rarity to have such unique and individual shop in the centre of Cardiff. This is not what 'we' all want - to close it down- 'we' want Cardiff to stand out in it's individual style to attract visitors and make locals love showing off the realness that is Spillers records.
