7360 Andrew JonesThe last true bastion of music in the world, let alone wales! Spillers will never die, say it loud brothers and sisters!!!
7361 Peter MoseyI don't get to visit Cardiff very often, but whenever I do, I always call into spillers. As well as being the oldest record shop- it is probably the best in Wales (in fact its better than most anywhere in Britain!!). In the current retail climate shops such as this are a rarity with more personality and culture to offer than any of the major entertainment retailers. To let this shop close would be a very sad day for Cardiff.

7363 Leigh WoolfordIn other cities around the world this 'assest' would be actively marketed by the local powers.

7373 Rhian WallerSpillers was where I got my first Prodigy CD. I always loved the labrynthine passages and little shops around the area, and Spillers was one of my favourites. Let's hope it stays.

I bought my first Jerry Lee Lewis album on plum London here though not before looking at it in the window for weeks before. Also first heard -Love Letters, by Ketty Lester here as well. Shame.

7398 Natalie HindmarshIt would be a real shame to see this record shop close as it is a rarity to have such unique and individual shop in the centre of Cardiff. This is not what 'we' all want - to close it down- 'we' want Cardiff to stand out in it's individual style to attract visitors and make locals love showing off the realness that is Spillers records.
