| 7251 | Kathryn Mills | I'm fed up with the display of greed in the name of progress for Cardiff City Centre. Too many beautiful buildings have been demolished or modernised. The city planners have a lot to answer to for erasing our heritage. Spillers is an institution like many others before it, the rent should be kept affordable. |
| 7252 | Ant | Spillers must stay open. Its famous the world over and you would be surprised how many people dont know where Cardiff is !!! |

| 7256 | Guy Salter | Another part of our history is crumbling... |
| 7257 | Craig H | The heritage of famous towns like Cardiff should be preserved at all costs. This has to be done by the authorities. Money grabbing landlords will not preserve essential features. |
| 7258 | Mark Hissey | Bought many records there in the 70's. Cardiff can't keep losing its history by letting shops like this disappear. |
| 7259 | Russ Brooks | Independent record shops are intrumental in keeping our high streets unique not indti-kits of any other high street in another town. |

| 7261 | Brendon McCabe | I live in London and just wanted to pass on a word to Mr Brown:
If you walk down Oxford Street, what you actually find are tat tourist shops and dull chain stores, that can be found anywhere that are souless, and have no personality.
In the internet age, there are few independent music stores that are surviving and it would be a crying shame to have the oldest in the World be stabbed in the back in the name of so called progress.
Cardiff's heritage and unique identity must be protected. |

| 7271 | HL Haworth | It is sad when hobbies suffer like this and business owners are put on the street. And with kids spending their money on video games and bburning Cd's and not buying vinyl it's disconserting-period. |

| 7279 | Anonymous | Originally from cardiff I remember Spillers records. Too many city centres lack individual shops with character and history and are beginning to look the same. Much of Cardiff has changed and a lot of charatcer has been lost. You should value what is old and unique. |

| 7299 | Michaela Devereux | As part of our musical history, this small store plays a huge role in showing how our perception of music, and our desire for music has changed recently. If it closed then it would be a loss for all who have ever been interested in music. |
