We the people, residents of Lycoming Creek Road Hepburn Township PA would like to reduce the speed limit from 973 west to Lower Powys road from 55 mph to 45 mph. The main reason for this is public safety. This is a residential area and has many blind entryways, such as Tempo Village, Schmol's Park,Haleeka apartments,campground, and the Cogan Station Christian Church. There's a number of school bus stops, some children even have to cross the road to get to their homes. There are many motorcyclist, bicycles, farm equipment, and pedestrians.
