Ridgefield High School's Speech and Debate team started 13 years ago. The students at that time approached the school administration seeking approval to wear National Forensic League Honor Cords. The school staff granted that request and it has been in practice for 12 years. Now our 2nd year Principal has declared this practice will not continue. Please join us in this petition to seek reversal of that decision. We have the support of the Executive Director of the National Forensic League who's past honoree's include Oprah Winfrey, Ted Turner, many senators and congressmen, supreme justices and many more.
