851 JoAnn DaseI think this would save heartache for animal lovers who resort to giving their unwanted puppies up to the pound or life on the streets and probaby save the county an immeasurable amount of money by reducing the number of animals that come through the care of animal services. The reward is much higher than the cost.
852 debbie herringplease help people who can"t afford this.also it would be great if we would pass a law that requires all cats and dogs to be neurtered unless you register them and pay a fee.this would help with costs and help to end the suffering of innocent animals.

856 Jennifer PrykeThis is an immediate problem. Stop the overpopulation issue before it starts! This makes much more sense than putting a band-aid over a gushing wound!!!

864 Jennifer FriedmanIt's something that would be simple and easy, and so beneficial for the whole community. Give the taxpayers something to be proud of.

872 Derek BleylePlease put taxpayer money towards saving lives and not towards a building. Thanks for your consideration.
873 JANE SHIREYOverpopulation and the resulting animal suffering can only be remedied by an aggressive Spay/Neuter program. We believe that PETS, Inc. has presented an innovative and easily implemented program that will enlist the support of all area animal rescue agencies, therefore giving the taxpayers of Lexington and Richland Counties the best return for their investment.
