Gerald Grubbs | I feel extreamly sad to see that our County Council Members cannot designate funds to provide a free Spay/Neuter program. I live in a community where there are alot of stray cats. We always see new kittens every year that are either killed by cars, by dogs or we find them homes. It saddens me that funds cannot be provided for a program to Spay/Neuter animals on a free basis. This would definately help the overburdened animal shelters. I pray that this will be a priority of yours, County Council Member. YOUR CONSITUENTS NEED YOU ON THIS ISSUE!!!!

Sarah Todd | Pets Inc. is a fantastic organization who helps so many animals a year. We adopted one of our dogs from them and hope that they will be able to come up with adequate funds to help all the animals they wish to help.

Megan | I believe Pets Inc. is a fraud/fake. They do nothing but take in money and do not take necessary measures for proper veternary care. I know several people including myself that have purchased cats/dogs from them that are diseased and they wouldn't cover the vet expenses. Including a puppy recently purchased with parvo. I have found abandoned animals and everytime I have taken them to Pets Inc. they won't take them unless you give them money. They would rather have the money then save the life of some helpless animal. Told me to take it to the pound.

Sue | All animals should be spayed and neutered for their own good. There are so many unwanted puppies and kittens who lose their lives daily, because there aren't enough loving homes to adopt them.

Jaime Brown | Please help to prevent more precious animals from crowding our shelters. This is one small way to make a huge difference among our community.

Kayla | My opinion on this, is that i think that free spay and neutor should be offered because some people can not afford it and i think that there will be less dogs having puppies. I don't think that people just let their dogs run around without being spayed or neutored on purpose i think it is the affordable issue. Their child wants a dog or a kitten and they get it for them not thinking about the cost it is going to be !
