David B. Morris, P.O. Box 1252, Jamestown, NC 27282-1252. I do animal rights work all over the state of North Carolina, but I do not have a website and I am not a member of any group (I do support the ASPCA). I am a librarian and a full-time student at UNC-Greensboro working on a Master\'s Degree. Phone numbers are NOT required to sign and addresses will NOT ever be seen by anyone except lawmakers in Raleigh. You will not sign this petition in vain. I intend to get a law passed that will greatly reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats in North Carolina and therefore stop the killing of all these precious little souls. Please sign this and get your friends to sign. Write me if you have questions or want to help in some other way. Thank you.
Do not use this website.
E-mail email@example.com for a copy of the petition to be sent to you as an attachment.
Then, mail it in on or before April 25, 2008.
