Dear Pedro, The SPNX0006, SPNX0007, and LSP300 modules are crucial to our Spanish element within our degree. We opted to study Spanish at this University, under the assumption that you would provide us with consistent information and guidance which would enable us to complete our degree without any unnecessary additional stress, especially in our significant third year. We expected the academic staff involved in these modules to provide us with an outline of the requirements for each and every assessment. Much to our disappointment, this has not been the case. We have often not received the correct information; at times guidance given by one member of the academic staff has contradicted that given by another. We would like to express our deep dissatisfaction with our experience in these modules in the current academic year. We strongly recommend better communication between the academic staff involved in this module and that messages are conveyed with greater consistency in future academic years. Yours sincerely
