Spanish Peaks Mental Health Center in Pueblo Colorado forces the eldery and disabled to live in HUD homes that are not up to city code. Findthebest.com states that their HUD apartments are 27.7 % worse than average for all section 8 housing. I am asking for signatures to  permanently discontinue ALL HUD housing programs with Spanish Peaks Mental Health Center.
