We, the potential volleyball players for the 8th grade Paw Paw Middle School teams, would like to change our uniforms from shorts to spandex. Not only do the high school teams have spandex as a part of their uniforms, but many of us agree that spandex are more comfortable, easier to play in, and are more professional in the sport of volleyball. The shorts that we are required to wear now become uncomfortable during games. We are one of the only schools that wear shorts as a part of our uniforms. What we ask of you is to allow us to wear spandex during games instead of the shorts we are required to now. We will provide our own spandex, so it will be no cost to the school. Unless the school board would wish to give us new jerseys as well. 

Below are signatures of any students, teachers, or parents that would approve of the 8th grade teams wearing spandex starting this upcoming season of the 2013-2014 school year. 

Our goal is to reach 40 signatures of approval before the start of our school year.
