The Police are now banning us from using the southport esplanade car park for " illegal use" (riding minimotos). This petition is to campaign for a track to be specifically built for us to ride safely and legally on.if we are granted a track/permission to use the esplanade car park we would like to create a minimoto club(hense the website) meaning you would be able to register to become a member. When you are a member you can logon to the site and use the forum and other features. Becoming a member would mean that you agree to a disclaimer so that if you got injured on the land you would not claim against the land owner/council( if on the esplanade) as we only want to ride our bikes safely without causing upset or damage. |
