Name: James Powers on Apr 16, 2010Comments: As the upgrades tand improvements to Route 202 over the years have been completed, the traffic and associated noise have significantly increased and are affecting the quality of life in surrounding neighborhood's. Additionally, Route 202 has also seen a significant increase in commercial truck traffic supporting the booming businesses in Chester County bring with it significant noise levels around the clock. Route 202 traffic used to significantly decrease during the sleeping hours but is now constant to the point of the houses in the surrounding neighborhoods have to leave windows closed all year round. Sound barriers are essential to return our neighborhood back to the peaceful levels when we first moved into our homes.Flag
