Over the years when rt 295 was built, it was nothing but a good cut off route for rt 95, now that the North Attleboro Malls and other businesses have been in place made the highway extremely busy and noisy. To have a sound barrier in key locations would make North Attleboro a better place to live without having to say "what was that you said". If you made that much noise in your yard the police would stop you.
