Soul Eater was a "my first anime" situation for many fans- easy to get into, love, and enjoy. However, due to an incomplete manga, it was cut short and given a bittersweet, not-as-cool-as-it-should-have-been ending. However, now that the manga is complete, Soul Eater should have a fuller, better version released. A prime example of a series that did this (and succeeded) is Full Metal Alchemist and Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
