| 102 | Gary Emig | It would be a travesty to allow uranium mining on these pristine lands of South Park in Park County. Please do not allow this company to rape our lands. |

| 105 | Brett Marraccini | In an area where the residents depend upon Well water for their drinking, washing and bathing needs, allowing in-situ mining to occur will have disastrous negative effects, let alone polarize your own constituents in the name of mining. |
| 106 | Sue Linton | For a residential, vacation area, there should be no uranium mining in the area with the high potential of contaminating the wellwater and the lakes as well as the drinking water for Denver. |
| 107 | Tom Conner | Governor Ritter,
As a native Coloradoan, I can't image that the state would allow such an ugly thing as a uranium mine in beautiful South Park. This must not happen we need to preserve beauty of this great state. The dangers of contaminating the water supply are not worth the risks, let alone the noise and light pollution created by harvesting the uranium.
Please for the sake of all the residents, full time and part-time, let us keep the beauty we currently have in tack.
Cordially,
Tom Conner |

| 111 | Jim Hawklee | There is a minor aquifer in Park County that is continuous into Fremont County and into several Residential Developments in the Tallahassee Area Community. We support the efforts of SOSPW in stopping the proposed ISL Uranium Mining. Jim Hawklee, President, TAC,Inc. |
| 112 | Cathy L. Bedwell | Honorable Governor Ritter,
As you well know, water is the most important resource we have. I firmly believe that in-situ leaching to recover uranium cannot be undertaken without negatively impacting the drinking water utilized by the citizens of Park County and the Front Range. The increased demand for non-fossil fuel energy sources does not warrant the risk of destroying our precious drinking water. Thank you for considering this important issue.
Sincerely,
Cathy |

| 116 | Jennifer Anderson | I just can't imagine why mining in this area, an area right next to a forest and major resivoirs, could be put in jeapordy like this. Please, do not mine in South Park! Not only does my dream of retirement in the mountains stand to be ruined, but a major supply of water and a threat to wildlife in the area is also a concern. Owner Lot 35, South Park Ranches, Filing No. 12. |
| 117 | Tim Anderson | Please do not let this happen! I stand to loose everything I have worked for if property values suffer from this mining enterprise. Lot 35, South Park Ranches, Filing No. 12 |

| 121 | William McNabb | Dear Governor Ritter,
South Park is to great a resource of wildlife and natural splender to allow anymore mining fiasco's. Just look at Leadville. Please put the park off limits to uranium mining.

| 123 | Anonymous | South Park is a historic, beautiful, archaeologically important area with minimal amounts of uranium ore. Mining would endanger the wildlife, environment, and potable water in the endangered aquifer above the drilling level. Radon and uranium tailings would leave the land unusable for any human or animal habitation and severely damage the vegetation, rendering the area unusable by livestock and wild animals. Please stop this unnecessary and dangerous movement. |

| 131 | Anonymous | Subject: Stop Uranium Mining in Park County Colorado
Message: I have serious concerns about the proposed uranium mining project in central Colorado near Hartsel. Everything I have read about uranium mining in the west indicates it cannot be done without significant risk to both local and regional water supplies. There are also potentially dire consequences to human health in the immediate vicinity of the mining.
We don’t need a uranium mine in Park County Colorado. As my representative, I urge you to put a stop to it now.
Thank you. |

I voted for you in the last election because I though you would do an excellent job protecting our environment and my family’s health and welfare. You can justify my confidence in you by stopping the proposed uranium mining in Park County Colorado.
Thank you.

| 142 | Emily Foster | Please do not let these mining companies destroy our beautiful county. We purchased property in Park CO to build our retirement home. This would destroy our dream. |
| 143 | Roy Yehle | Gov. Ritter, I believe this is the reason you were voted into office, because people are ready for Government that acts on their behalf. This is colorful Colorado, let's not mess it up by making it glow!!!!! |

| 147 | Brian S Sherran | I have worked as a petroleum engineer for the last 28 years and understand the need for providing the energy needs of the country but am opposed to uranium mining in Park County as a viable means to provide this energy. The destructive costs of uranium mining is too great particularly when it is done so close to residential neighborhoods and has such great potential of permanently damaging our water supply. |
| 148 | LuCinda Collins | No Uranium Mining in South Park. Are you trying to kill us? Mining Uranium, a very dangerous substance, among human and wildlife population. Really, are you trying to kill us? |
| 149 | Reed Beaupre | This industry has no credibility when it comes to public safety |
