We, the undersigned, residents and visitors of Itacaré, Bahia, Brazil, and supporters of the socio-environmental cause, request, by means of this petition, that the public authorities adopt the necessary measures in order to guarantee and enforce public access to all beaches in the district of Itacaré, Bahia, Brazil, in accordance with Brazilian Federal Decree Law 5.300 of Dec 7th 2004, Article 21, Paragraphs 1 to 4.
