We, the parents of Sorensen Magnet school, are concerned with the change in Sorensen's schedule for the upcoming school year. Not only have we lost curriculum time by having embedded collaboration on Mondays but shifting the daily schedule by 15 minutes on Tuesday through Friday causes needless disruption to the schedule to which we've already become accustomed. We would like to petition for Sorensen's schedule remain the same as in previous years on Tuesday through Thursday (8:15 - 3:15) and go to 8:15 - 1:45 on Fridays.
