   Comments: I disagree with the new end user licence agreement, has sony never heard of the human right and privacy act's. I agree piracy and downloading games is wrong. but playing your OWN BOUGHT games as backups should be allowed on all consoles and portable devices. this is my opinion to help increase the life time of the device and software.

   Comments: I worked hard and saved a long time for my ps3 and now I can't do what I want on my console that I bought with my hard earned money you should have stated that you steal my information and can not protect my credit card details the first time I signed your terms of agreement xbox 360 here I come Sony will continue to rule you with a iron fist never will they see my hard earned money again.

    Comments: I totally agree that if they need to scan "OUR" systems to see if there is Unauthorized circumvention devices, but that should be limited to system files and whatever else they need to do to find out. Why would they need to look through our own personal pictures and videos. Just as an example, what if i had a few private videos of me and my partner? This new TOS states that any sony employee could just open it up. That is a breach of personal privacy, and is not needed it the current situation regarding circumvention devices. I have read quiet a bit about how this has all come about but don't fully understand it as i am not technically minded, but from what I have read is Sony's systems was not as secure as everyone thought. So why should I and anyother people have to suffer because of Sony's mistake? I understand that to access PSN you have to accept their TOS but to be honest I would rather still have my privacy of what I could watch or put on my PS3. So unfortunatley Sony I am sorry to say this but you have lost another customer. First you removed my backward compatable PS3 (Which was the main reason getting it), then you remove linux. Now you want to spy on my personal documents? No way! I suppose Microsoft would be happy to have my money.

(YOU'LL NEED IT) As an ageing gamer who fondly remembers the rubber keyed speccy who avoided games consoles like the plague, the PlayStation brand is what swayed me and i've stuck with it since day one. Unfortunately your recent months of pathetic above the law behaviour has gone too far, I want to thank the "hackers" who have worked long and hard at giving us (your blood line) back what we wanted and used and payed full price for at the time of launch (otherOS & linux in case you forgot). I NOW KNOW EXACTLY HOW SONY "REWARDS" IT'S CONSUMERS AND IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOUR NEXT CONSOLE PROMISES AT LAUNCH, AS I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED BECAUSE ALLTHE BELLS & WHISTLES CAN AND WILL BE REMOVED AS AN WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE. As for your new TOS, In an ideal world, NO-ONE SHOULD SIGN IT, so we can all sit back and watch you publicly slit your own throat and at the same time harm all the talented developers who also support you via digital downloads over disks and cases. You will give it us back at some point. You have the means to ban pirates and cheats just like Microsoft, pirates will never buy games so you aren't loosing any money. I however have over 80 retail/digital purchases in my PS3 collection but now wonder why I should continue supporting such a company, staying offline and downloading means SONY gets zero pence off me anymore ... perhaps thats the way forward ???

    Comments: sony should NOT be allowed to sneakily retrieve my offline activity on the ps3. this violates my privacy and was unaware this was happening. i do not agree at all with the t&c and spyware.

    Comments: i bought a ps3 with linux support written on the back of the box so please stop removing features i paid for! i give you guys 30 to get otheros backup to ps3 or i'm going to ask for a full refund! refund of my ps3 and all the games i own too with premium price i paid for those not just 5 bucks it's don't care if theyre not new in the box youre choice now!

    Comments: I'm angry that i may not use my bluetooth, keyboard or mouse... what if i plugin a usb that i'm not supposed to. As i understand if a brand of usbs or external HDD arent supported i may be banned? YOU BETTER NOT DO THIS TO ME, after the money i threw in your face??? Do i now much check for compatibility list b4 i plug something in, what if someone from my household plugs something in that he/she shouldn't....     Comments: We pay for a system with advertised capabilities and then we are not compensated for our losses when Sony decides to take them away from us? On top of that, "Big Brother" Sony is constantly looking over our shoulder and telling us the things we can/can't use with our system ie. peripherals? No.
