This petition is to demand either Sony or Activision refund founders and premium members of the Call Of Duty Elite, or at least award a minimum of a new year long elite subscription from the date that all features are actually up and running as they should be. To expect paying customers to pay hard earned monies for services they are NOT providing is WRONG. Sony & Activision need to realise that their customers are as far from happy with the service been provided as possible, and that the constant wait for these services is officially over! Sony you should take notice of this petition as these customers are extremely unhappy with the terrible service provided with regards to the "Call Of Duty Elite Service" Do we need to all go to X Box for you to get the message?

This petition will be sent directly to Sony and Activision if we recieve enough signatures (hopefully we will recieve 100000+)

This is a serious petition and we will take this as far as we can as we have been made promises that have constantly been broken, they cannot even give their subscribers a timeline for certain services (that we HAVE paid for) becoming available, and when asked the thousands of times they have been they never provide any answer that is clear. They instead seem to be treating us as if we are stupid by providing services most of us have absolutely no interest in and believe we will not realise they are just using delaying tactics on giving us the services we actually paid for!

Anyway this petition is to inform them that us their subscribers have had enough and want either our money back or a new free subscription to start the day they actually provide the services they so keenly advertised when seemingly duping us into paying for them!
