   Comments: If a community center is to truly serve a community, it is necessary for it to remain free and open to all residents, especially during these financially challenging times. SOMA residents, particularly young people and overworked families should not have to bear the brute of a broken government system that fails to implement measures that are genuinely accountable and self-sustaining. Free the SOMA rec center!

   Comments: We support the youth and community organizations fight to save the Gene Friend Recreation Center and want the Park and Rec to keep the Center open free for the entire community. The VMD Park needs to be open for all SoMa residents to use.
