Children under 18 are allowed to roam the streets at all hours of the night. This promotes gang membership,theft,drug use,death,drunk driving and violent acts. A curfew should be set in place to protect both the child and the community. Our City of Thompson has had a lot of break ins, theft,murders, during early am hours that can be traced to teens under 18. We, the undersigned, call for a law to enforce a curfew for children under 18 years of age in the city of Thompson MB that will ultimately lead to less crime during the hours of 11pm-5 am
