| 451 | Martin Banbury | Le Table du Mareyeur is more than a restaurant, it is a contributor to Port Grimaud's culture and style that makes 'our' community special. Ewen and Caroline are two of the strongest and best loved characters in the area |

| 454 | Dolmen Yachts | We always recommend La Table du Mareyeur to our yacht charter clients who are visiting Port Grimaud and we have received many expressions of satisfaction. Our clients particularly enjoy the outside terrace in summer and being able to arrive at the restaurant by tender (annexe) from their yacht. Please keep the terrace open as an essential & integral part of the restaurant. |
| 455 | Keith & nancy atkinson | Port Grimaud will lose many visitors if it treats this fine establishment in this way |

| 459 | Jennifer Murray | Wonderful memories of evenings and lunches on the terrace - Port Grimaud would not be the same without it. |

| 462 | Guy Crouch | My wife and I live in France and first visited this wonderful restaurant over ten years ago, and have been back again many times. The loss of part of the terrace would be a catastrophe. |
| 463 | Chris Burgess | Resident of Les Issambres |
| 464 | Linda Baldwin | I am a resident of La Garde Freinet and find the Table du Mareyeur to be one of the few restaurants in Port Grimaud where we can take our friends to enjoy an excellent meal. In addition there is not one other restaurant in PG with as much charm as this one. What a shame to destroy such a place based on sheer greed and, more than likely, corruption. |

| 475 | Jay Milla | Please keep all of Port Grimaud intact. Once one landmark goes others will follow. |
| 476 | Frish | Whenever I visit Port Grimaund I ensure at least one meal be eaten at La Table du Mareyeur. Actually, I go out of my way to get there, marvelous food and service... |

| 479 | Mme Amanda Russell | I am a resident of La Mole, Var and have eaten at the Table du Mareyeur since it opened. This is a scandalous situation. Why take away so many peoples pleasure to eat in Port Grimaud's best restaurant? Do you wish to reduce tourism in Port Grimaud, and ruin a successful buisness that employs so many workers? Scandalous absolutely scandalous. |

| 482 | Edward Melville Stewardson | I cannot believe our French cousins are going to damage their reputation by this callous removal of a wonderful place of business to all visitors to Port Grimaud, |
| 483 | Norman Cruse | |
| 484 | Alastair N. ROSS | A favourite restaurant , often the reason for a visit to the commune. |
| 485 | G.D.J. Attwood | changing the goal posts in a long running business is not acceptable without some good reason |

| 487 | Anonymous | We need the Table de Marayeur and its floating restaurant. It is the best in the area. We live in La Croix Valmer. Best Regards, Tony & Fiona Bourne |
| 488 | Anonymous | This is a very well run restaurant and has been so for many years, it is well patronised by all nationalities and is a big benefit to the Port, plus area in general |

| 491 | Roy&Lynn Brown | La Table du Mareyeur is a Major Asset to Port Grimaud to both Visitors and the Community alike: of which we have been part of since 1985. We see this as a negative signal to the future developement of Port Grimaud and the attraction of Port Grimaud in the Golfe of St. Tropez..... |
| 492 | Gill Murphy | Little fish support big fish! |
| 493 | Jo Randle | I first came to Port Grimaud on holiday when my children were small 23 years ago. I now live there half of the year and ran a seasonal enterprise for the last seven years hving just sold it due to my daughter's pregnancy. My daughter now lives permanenly in France in La Garde Freinet. La Table du Mareyeur has been a place I frequent every year I amongst many others enjoy the terrace especially. It is the best restaurant in Port Grimaud, frequented by many celebrities who come to Port Grimaud just to visit the restaurant. Halving its capacity by removing the terrace would be terrible, it is already difficult to book a table in high season. Port Grimaud would not be the same without the terrace of La Table du Mareyeur. |
| 494 | Rebecca Brown | |
| 495 | Julie Yates | Wonderful Restaurant, Delightful owners Ewan & Caroline. We have enjoyed many wonderful evenings with truly fantastic food, we always feel around that we are around friends when we visit. Mark & Julie, Manchester UK. |
| 496 | Laura Caldwell | The table du Mareyeur and it outside terras always looks very attractive and inviting. It adds to the charm of Port Grimaud, also because it is always very well kept. The restaurant attracts a more than suitable clientele into Port Grimaud.
It would be a great loss to Port Grimaud (residents, owners and visitors alike) if the restaurant would loose its terras and therefor risks closing down.
Changing a facility of a restaurant (or any business in Port Grimaud for that matter) without the consent of its ownwer does not inspire convidence in the administrastion for any excisting or future 'commercant' to invest time and money in Port Grimaud.
Laura Caldwell
NB. Up to last year we owned property in Port Grimaud, but will rent for the next few years and we are looking forward to our dinners/lunches on the terras overlooking the canals whilst enjoying the lovely food from the Table du Mareyeur. |
| 498 | Minty Fife | La Table de Mareyeur is the soul of Port Grimaud and Ewan and Caroline always show immense hospitality and are a true inspiration. Port Grimaud is insane to jeopardise any aspect of its existance. |
| 499 | Zutshi | The Table du Mareyeur is the best fish restaurant in this area. We have been there many times. It is open all year and serves us full-time residents very well. Always charming, always good food. How petty to take away some of their covers! For what purpose. I suspect that if it was French owned the question would not even arise. Leave them alone!! |
| 500 | Simon & Jessica Scott | We have a holiday house in Port Grimaud and would be very sad to see this restaurant compromised in any way. It is the best restaurant in PG and it is always difficult to get a table. |
