If u paid 4 a Prepaid
Meter and PHCN still charges u "Meter Maintenance Charge", you are being
duped! The Minister of Power (Babalola) can order PHCN to refund MMC in cash or as credit. Standard law is
no consumer should pay for meters. Let us speak up so we can get a Ministerial directive to
stop the exploitation.
