Should social security be privatized? (Should people be allowed to control their social security benefits in a private account?)
Supporters believe that it would be good because people who are retiring would be able to do what they wish with their social security benefits, while critics believe that it is too risky because the security net is no longer there and a lot of money could be lost through a bad decision.
What do you think?
Give your age, party affiliation, and who you voted for in the past presidential election. (If you didn't vote, write who you would have voted for.)

Anonymous, United States4 years ago Comments: Social security should most definatley be privatized because people should be able to control what they earn. It is constitutional to privatize it. 45 McCain Republican
Anonymous, United States4 years ago Comments: I believe that social security should NOT be privitized because there are too many risks with that as stated above. People can lose a lot of money and they wouldn't have that security blanket that they should have. 31, Obama, Democrat
