I was a victim of hate crimes bashed raped and left to die and no police report, because of south Bend Indiana's ordinance- gay right's ban. I now live with Post Traumatic Stress disorder and with little compensation! Please sign my petition.  Helping millions would give me peace to see some good come out of all this hell I, have gone through! NowFred Upton is considering changing the law for all retired and disabled people because of me. This would make me feel better, so please give Fred Upton's office a call in Kalamazoo and Washington and ask Fred Upton to change the law in behalf of Richard so social security cannot cut anyone ever again.
