During the 2012-2013 soccer season at OCYS there were several major issues that called into question the long term success of the ECNL program at OCYS.    Among those were:

(1)  The unfortunate termination of Eddie Quintana and Hue Menzies as Directors of the ECNL Program

(2) The appointment of an unqualified person into the role of Director of ECNL, and subsequent termination of this person.

(3) Continued lack of overall Club leadership and leadership within the ECNL ranks.

(4) Failure of OCYS to fully promote the ECNL program and attract other top talent from the area.

As such, the following individuals who have signed this petition are stating that they will not be returning to OCYS, with or without ECNL designation at the Club for the 2013-2014 season.
