| 820 | Mike | Rediculous, the only reason i came back to NTL/VM was for the speeds, i am a heavy user not so much in the dl's but Gaming, Web, Email, and video streaming. We do not have LLu exchange in our area so VM are the fastest provider, but only for an hour or two so it seems. Pansies need to improve service not cap speeds for same price!! |

Essentially we arn't getting what we are paying quite a hefty monthy sum for, which obviously isn't right. The fact that the custormer service is horrendous also means that our complaints are constantly falling on deaf ears isn't really helping matters.
Get it sorted Virgin, it really is ridiculous. |

| 846 | gillian conway | with 3 boys aged 18,14 and 12 all with pc's xbox's online. downloading demos using utube whilst playing games, game updates and microsoft updates god for bid they should try to do this while the are actually at home or even awake(4pm to 12am) how is this possible in 2007 when file sizes can exceed 1gb for a single xbox360 demo! and i have 3 kids growing up in the "i generation". the main reason we chose ntl( i know - virgin media) was their advertised unlimited downloads. you say service isnt affected because you can still download but 3 pc's/ xbox360's struggle for reliability with 20kb shared upload speed. |
