Although I agree with a partial smoking ban, I feel a Public House should have been left alone, with the Landlords being able to decide whether or not to make their pub smoking or non smoking, At the end of the day everyone should have a choice! Some pubs would have chosen a Non smoking policy whilst others would have adapted a smoking policy thus giving workers and customers freedom of choice between the two!!!! In this day and age the pub is strugling enough to stay afloat and the cost of a pint and the fact you have to smoke outside does not help one bit even non smokers agree that its a silly idea! Fair enough to ban it in places such as buses/trains etc where you can't escape from passive smoking but not in the one place that you expect to be able to enjoy a pint a chat and a comfortable smoke in doors with your friends so if you agree with me and think SMOKING IN PUBS SHOULD BE ALLOWED! then please sign my petition thankyou
