We the people of the United States, who are intelligent enough to NOT SMOKE, request the US government to assist in keeping all people healthy by banning the use of any tobacco product in any building, with NO exceptions.
All smoke is an air pollutant. Limiting the use of tobacco to only outdoors, would at least dilute the effects on the lungs of healthy people.
