The undersigned paintball players have come together to formally boycott the corporation Smart Parts. We will not buy any product this company may produce, not now, not later, not ever. This company's invasive Nazi-esque actions have caused irreparable damage to the advancement of paintball marker technology. As a result, they have deprived the industry of the creative possibilities it once looked forward to, and replaced them with a dreary future of painfully poorly made products, backed up by an absolutely appalling excuse for customer service. Smart Parts has failed where all other companies have succeeded, in showing a modicum of respect for the well-being their customers, and an expression of basic human decency. In the past 15 years, patents have been passed up on revolutionary concepts including the nitrogen system, the semi-automatic paintball marker, and the electronically agitating loader. The companies behind these innovations realized that they would do the world a grave injustice to deprive the paintball community of these products being available on a wide scale. Smart Parts however, has taken out a patent on a product that existed several years before their production of the shocker, and has succeeded in driving companies out of the industry such Air Gun Designs, AKALMP, and Indian Creek Designs. I cannot begin to express my revulsion with the actions of Smart Parts, and I call upon all my fellow paintballers who share my disgust to sign this boycott and deprive this greedy power hungry disgrace of a paintball company of all that we can. |
