    Comments: I would love to see more economical cars on the roads instead of the gas hugs that are taking up our gas supplies...you would think everyone would want something that gets at least 50mpg..we have a diesel VW Beetlebug and it gets 48mpg which is great..so we are all for good gas milage as everyone should be..I don't understand large SUV 4x4 on California freeways..where the need for them on a freeway..90% of them never see a dirt road...good luck and hope to see the Smart Car on our freeways soon..

We own a hybrid but would like a smaller car to tool around the city in and the SmartCar is perfect. We're disappointed in the US for not having these cars available long before now and for not creating electric vehicles as an option for every American, not just those who live in CA. We want our SmartCar!

We can't afford $3.00/gal. to fill every week and sometimes more than once a week just to get errands run. When you live in the city it takes a lot of time at 0 miles to the gallon to get anywhere.

    Comments: I just returned from living in Germany fro 4 years and I think that the US should sell the Smart cars here. Everyone in Germany seems to be driving one. They are the perfect solution to the rising fuel prices. If the Smart cars were sold in the US I would definitely buy one. My father visited me in germany this past March and is very interested in buying one. I was searching the internet for US dealers when I stumbled upon this website. I hope that they will start producing and sellin the Smart cars soon.
