This is a petition to ask the Town of Hempstead (TOH) to support SMART GROWTH in Baldwin New York. We are asking TOH to stop negotiations with Breslin Realty for the use of the parking lot on Grand and Merrick roads, and to re-issue the RFP so that other developers can respond.
