Yes, if we had a small amount of sleep we would find it hard to concentrate on what we are doing, we would get very grumpy and fell relly worn out. So some sergestion on sleep 1. get plenty of it. 2. don't abuse the amount of sleep you get. 3. get your slef about six hours of it. 4. don't get woken up, wake your slef up.
