We all know and love Shawn West, this a petition to get him relocated due to the unfair and unwelcoming work environment he's had to suffer in day in and day out at 3b. He's been a proficient and dutiful worker at Scripps for over 5 yrs and is now being subject to harsh and unnecessary abuse. This is got to come to a stop since Iâve know him for 8 yrs and he's is the VERY reason why I hold the high level job I have at JnJ and I learned everything from him and I find it hard to believe that after going through 5 supervisors and getting stellar ratings, that all of a sudden he's getting a bad rapport at 3B. 16 write up in less than a year is proof enough that he's being picked on and it's affecting his happiness both at home and at work and as his partner it's my job to ensure he stays happy by any means necessary.
