'Tis rightfully so- the Skullgirls project focused on great gameplay, and quality graphics and sound, with a very unique world and story (or stor*ies*, depending on how you look at it). The team isn't just trying to get away with doing as little work for as much profit as possible; they *care* about the game, deeply. As a result, the game is born wonderful. However, it's only in the earliest stages of its growth. Funding and game console 'politics' are an issue, and a lack of readiness and/or clarity in this is hindering the game from reaching its full potential. We, the Skullgirls fanbase are not a legion, like of Call of Duty or Halo, but we are not hateful, impatient, impulse-buying whiners either. We are dedicated, passionate, genuine fans, comrades in arms and in fandom. We want Skullgirls to go on, to recieve the nurturing that it needs and deserves, and we want all available benefactors to realize it. My online banking account's got a fever, and the only prescription is more Skullgirls. Autumn, Konami, and anyone else with connections to the game: make it happen! The merchandise at the store isn't enough to do so alone.Flag
