We, the undersigned, believe that there should be a policy to allow skateboarding at Souhegan High School.                                                                                                                   So many kids at this school love the sport of skateboarding. Skateboarding and all sports are a proven stress reliever. If kids can skate during lunch, then they can become less stressed about all of the classes beforehand. If kids skate at school then they will have already skated and will be more likely to do homework at home. It is also great exercise.                                       It is not against the rules to skateboard at school. A lot of kids do not have places at home to skate, or don’t have money to go to a skate park. There is nothing bad about skateboarding. People just come up with bad and wrong stereotypes about skaters.
