San Jose Police Officer, Alan Coker, badge #3906 along with two other police officers and another individual not affiliated with SJPD showed up at my residence on behalf of Barbara Alderete to confiscate a child's bicycle and computer belonging to my son who is suffering abuse by the hands of his mother (Alderete) and her boyfriend (Paul Pichullo). These items were gifts given to our son by his mother and her boyfriend who wanted these items back to emotionally hurt our son who was in tears, dismay why the Officer Coker wasn't "on his side." I shared with Officer Coker, how my son and his younger sister have been abused by (Alderete & Picuhllo) and how it was devastate his delicate emotional state if he allowed his mother to inflict this emotional abuse. He did not care. He and the other two officers intimated our family instead. I shared with the Police officers my 13 year old daughter had to see a counselor due to the stress, was a potential suicide risk and how forcing my son go give up his possessions is causing additional stress to her but Officer Coker did not care. He continue to demand the bicycle and computer from my son to appease the abusive mother. I shared with Officer Coker, that if he did this, it will create a disconnect my son has for his mother and will have devastating psychological consequences, Officer Coker did not care. I hope to gather petitions to offer hope to my children that there are good people out there that care and what Officer Coker did was wrong. Thank you, from a father protecting his children.
