With the Supreme Court set to overturn the Afordable Care Act, We The People do hereby petition the government of The United States of America to provide a single payer health care system for all United States Citizens, bearing in mind that the preamble to the Constitution states that the government shall "promote the general welfare." Therefore, it is deemed that health care should be a right and not a privilige, and that the health of the individual is of greater importance than the profitability of the health insurance industry.
