Name: Caroline Davidson on May 2, 2007Comments: The British Airways flyer on new baggage rules states that customers continuing on to the States, Nigeria etc from Domestic BA flights are to be allowed two bags in the hold if they are world traveller passengers. We as cabin crew are also 'continuing' on to these destinations and as paying customers too, we should be treated no differently.Flag

Name: Angela Barry on May 3, 2007Comments: We are required on board to have our cabin bags plus our uniform handbag.....one will have to go under the new policy....our suitcase which contains our liquid items must be hold placed.......I think this rule for commutting crew is sheer and utter madness.........its a MUST that we adhere to uniform regulations...yet this policy makes it difficult for us to do so.....get your act together for once.....Flag

Name: Jacqui Woods on May 4, 2007Comments: The whole new baggage policy is a joke for customers & staff alike. Trying to fit everything you need for a flight plus the handbag into a wheelie is almost impossible. The hold allowance of 23kgs - especially on a b2b or 9 day trip when you need to have more uniform items- is too little! Customers already walking to other airlines instead of using BA due to these restrictions.Flag

Name: Anonymous on May 7, 2007Comments: As a commuter, I now regularly use bmi as they accept two pieces in the hold, so I carry hand bag and check in my case and small wheelie. Ridiculous that BA are losing revenue over crazy baggage rules.Flag
